Who holds my money?
HermodPay never holds customer funds. Accounts, conversion, custody and payouts are provided by Bridge, a Stripe company, which also runs verification. Funds always sit with Bridge in your name.
What does it cost?
One percentage fee per payment, agreed with you when your account is approved. It comes down as your volume and history with us grow. The fee is shown before you confirm any payment, and the receipt breaks down exactly what was charged.
Which countries can open an account?
Businesses and individuals in most countries can apply. We cannot serve sanctioned or prohibited jurisdictions, and some services differ by country. You will see right away if your country is not supported.
Which stablecoins and networks?
USDC and USDT on networks including Ethereum, Base, Solana and Tron. Customers in the European Economic Area can use USDC and EURC.
How long does verification take?
Individuals are usually approved within minutes. Businesses are typically reviewed the same or the next business day. We never ask you to send ID documents to us directly.
Can my team use the account?
Yes. Invite your finance team with their own logins and decide who can view, add payout destinations or send money. Every new destination needs a fresh authenticator code and unlocks after 24 hours.
